释义	我国法律并没有自动续约的规定。按照民法典的规定，到期不续签但继续租用而且出租人没有提出异议的，视为不定期租赁，当事人在终止合同前必须有合理的通知对方的期限。【法律依据】《民法典》第七百三十条，当事人对租赁期限没有约定或者约定不明确，依据本法第五百一十条的规定仍不能确定的，视为不定期租赁；当事人可以随时解除合同，但是应当在合理期限之前通知对方。
