释义	法律分析：劳务派遣就是指劳务派遣机构跟派遣的劳工签订合同，在确定用工单位后，把劳动者分配到用工单位，在劳动者发生劳力服务后，用工单位再向派遣机构支付一笔服务费用，然后劳务派遣机构再向劳动者支付劳动报酬的一种用工模式。劳动派遣不是用工单位的正式员工，如果出现了用工方面的问题，是劳动者跟劳动派遣公司去协商的。法律依据：《劳动合同法》第66条规定：“第六十六条劳动合同用工是中国的企业基本用工形式。劳务派遣用工是补充形式，只能在临时性、辅助性或者替代性的工作岗位上实施。”
