释义	法律分析: 高利息借款可以起诉。高利息借款支持本金，民间借钱利息目前不能超过15.4%，这是司法保护上线。借款起诉的诉讼时效是从还款日开始起算，如果从还款日起三年内，三年内未向借款人主张债权就丧失胜诉权。当然，如果有证据证明诉讼时效存在中断或者中止情形的，另算时间。法律依据: 《最高人民法院关于审理民间借贷案件适用法律若干问题的规定》第二十六条出借人请求借款人按照合同约定利率支付利息的，人民法院应予支持，但是双方约定的利率超过合同成立时一年期贷款市场报价利率四倍的除外。
