释义	发现离婚协议中财产分割部分存在欺诈、胁迫的情形的，可以起诉至法院要求撤销离婚协议中关于财产分割的部分。离婚协议中关于离婚、孩子抚养权的约定，是不可以撤销的。法律依据《最高人民法院关于适用民法典婚姻家庭编的解释（一）》第七十条夫妻双方协议离婚后就财产分割问题反悔，请求撤销财产分割协议的，人民法院应当受理。人民法院审理后，未发现订立财产分割协议时存在欺诈、胁迫等情形的，应当依法驳回当事人的诉讼请求。
