放纵走私罪的最新判刑标准是：犯此罪的，处五年以下有期徒刑或者拘役；情节特别严重的，处五年以上有期徒刑。放纵走私，是指海关工作人员为贪图财物、袒护亲友或者其他私情私利，对明知是走私行为而予以放纵的行为。
法律依据：
《刑法》第四百一十一条
海关工作人员徇私舞弊，放纵走私，情节严重的，处五年以下有期徒刑或者拘役；情节特别严重的，处五年以上有期徒刑。
第十四条
明知自己的行为会发生危害社会的结果，并且希望或者放任这种结果发生，因而构成犯罪的，是故意犯罪。
故意犯罪，应当负刑事责任。
