释义	法律分析：法律规定的时间一到，就可以离职。劳动者按此规定辞职是合法的，并不需要用人单位批准，时间一到可以离职。如果过了试用期，则在单位没有违法的情况下应当提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位。如果是在试用期内提出辞职，则只要提前三天就可以了。法律依据：根据《劳动合同法》第三十七条规定：劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
