释义	法律分析: 劳动合同不能再一年一签。在以往的实践中，用人单位用工往往喜欢一年一签劳动合同。原因主要是，先前的法律规定劳动合同到期终止的，企业不需要支付经济补偿金，因此，一年一签劳动合同，可以规避解除劳动合同支付经济补偿金的风险。但是，这一做法在新法实施后将不再好使。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第四十六条人单位维持或者提高劳动合同约定条件续订劳动合同，劳动者不同意续订的情形外，依照本法第四十四条第一项规定终止固定期限劳动合同的，用人单位应当向劳动者支付经济补偿金。
