释义	法律分析：承诺和要约在某些方面是比较相似的，但是又有很多不同的地方，这个承诺无法像邀约一样进行撤销。承诺撤回是指承诺人在承诺发出之后，承诺生效之前，通知要约人收回承诺，以消灭承诺的行为。承诺一般情况下是可以进行撤回，但是不可以撤销的，如果承诺撤销的话那么就已经违反了相关的法律规定，承诺如果需要收回的话，那么必须在生效之前。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百八十五条承诺可以撤回。承诺的撤回适用本法第一百四十一条的规定。
