释义	法律分析: 只要工作了就要支付工资，不管是试用期还是正式的合同期内，用人单位无权苛扣工资。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第二十条做出了有针对性的规定，即劳动者在试用期的工资不得低于本单位相同岗位最低档工资的80%或者劳动合同约定工资的80%，并不得低于用人单位所在地的最低工资标准。这是劳动者在试用期间工资待遇的法定最低标准。
