释义	法律分析：三十天。公司起火临时查封期限不得超过三十日。临时查封期限届满后,当事人仍未消除火灾隐患的,公安机关消防机构可以再次依法予以临时查封。法律依据：《消防监督检查规定》第二十五条火灾隐患消除后，当事人应当向作出临时查封决定的公安机关消防机构申请解除临时查封。公安机关消防机构应当自收到申请之日起三个工作日内进行检查，自检查之日起三个工作日内作出是否同意解除临时查封的决定，并送达当事人。对检查确认火灾隐患已消除的，应当作出解除临时查封的决定。
