劳改犯和罪犯的区别
释义
法律分析：通过在监狱里面把罪犯教育好，改造好，我们称犯人是“劳改犯”，马克思说，劳动创造人，同样劳动也能改造人，通过劳动能够使罪犯改恶从善。
罪犯是指被人民法院认定有罪，依法判处死刑、死缓、无期徒刑、有期徒刑、管制、拘役或其他附加刑，并交付执行的犯罪人。罪犯不一定是劳改犯。劳改犯都是罪犯。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》
第十四条 由政府收容教养的人，不属于劳教人员。
第三十八条 被判处拘役的罪犯不属于劳改犯。
被判处管制或者有期徒刑宣告缓刑的罪犯不属于劳改犯。
