释义	法律分析：不会，因失误拨打了消防救援电话的，一般不会受到追究，但是谎报火警的会受到治安管理处罚。法律依据：《中华人民共和国消防法》第六十二条有下列行为之一的，依照《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》的规定处罚：（一）违反有关消防技术标准和管理规定生产、储存、运输、销售、使用、销毁易燃易爆危险品的；（二）非法携带易燃易爆危险品进入公共场所或者乘坐公共交通工具的；（三）谎报火警的；（四）阻碍消防车、消防艇执行任务的；（五）阻碍消防救援机构的工作人员依法执行职务的。
