释义	法律分析：区别在于是否停止生产经营，前者是停止生产经营进行整改，整改到位后，经检查合格后，再恢复生产经营；后者是不停止生产经营，同时进行整改，但在一定期限内必须达标，否则，就是停业整顿或责令停产停业。法律依据：《中华人民共和国产品质量法》第五十三条伪造产品产地的，伪造或者冒用他人厂名、厂址的，伪造或者冒用认证标志等质量标志的，责令改正，没收违法生产、销售的产品，并处违法生产、销售产品货值金额等值以下的罚款；有违法所得的，并处没收违法所得；情节严重的，吊销营业执照。
