释义	对方说没事当事人走了不算逃逸。但也视情况而定。如果当事人留有事故的现场的记录材料，并有证据说明当事人询问了伤情，对方明确表示没事，且无异样，当事人是不算逃逸的。交通事故当事人在事故发生后，为了逃避可能承担的法律责任，离开事故现场，没有积极履行抢救伤者和财产、向交通管理机关或者公安机关报告事故情况、在现场等候处理等交通法规所规定的义务，以此作为判断交通肇事后逃逸的标准。
