释义	法律分析：不合法。根据国家规定，用人单位延长工作时间，一般每天不得超过一小时；因特殊原因需要延长工作时间的，在保障就业者身体健康的条件下每天不得超过三小时，每月累计不得超过三十六小时。如果超过这一限度，就是违法行为，应当承担相应的法律责任。法律依据：《国务院关于工作时间的规定》第三条国家机关、事业单位实行统一的工作时间，每日工作时间8小时，每周40小时，星期六和星期日为周休息日。事业单位不能实行星期六、星期日为休息日的，可以调整安排周休息日。
