释义	法律分析：分两种情况： 1、如果车辆依旧还在收费站外面，且高速路收费站有提供可掉头标识，就能掉头。 2、但如果这个高速路入口只有一条直达收费站的路，那肯定是不能掉头的。会被摄像头拍摄到，罚款扣分。法律依据：《道路交通安全法实施条例》第四十九条机动车在有禁止掉头或者禁止左转弯标志、标线的地点以及在铁路道口、人行横道、桥梁、急弯、陡坡、隧道或者容易发生危险的路段，不得掉头。机动车在没有禁止掉头或者没有禁止左转弯标志、标线的地点可以掉头，但不得妨碍正常行驶的其他车辆和行人的通行。
