释义	法律分析：鉴定机构进行伤残等级鉴定时,如果认为有必要复查影像片的,伤者是需要配合的。这个主要是要根据你的恢复情况,如果鉴定人认为你现有的影像片已经可以反映骨折的恢复情况了,就不需要复查了,如果不能反映,则需要复查。法律依据：《工伤保险条例》第二十一条职工发生工伤，经治疗伤情相对稳定后存在残疾、影响劳动能力的，应当进行劳动能力鉴定。第二十三条劳动能力鉴定由用人单位、工伤职工或者其近亲属向设区的市级劳动能力鉴定委员会提出申请，并提供工伤认定决定和职工工伤医疗的有关资料。
