释义	法律分析：退伍或者转业的时候，部队给退役的人员一张光盘及养老保险参保缴费凭证，把这些交给当地的社会保险即可。军人转业回地方后可以续交医疗保险。通常分两种情况：一是有单位，企事业单位都能代交的;二是个人到当地社保局自行交纳。但不管哪种情况都需要把在部队时所交的社保的相关手续办出来转入新的单位才可以的。法律依据：《社会保险费征缴暂行条例》第十二条缴费单位和缴费个人应当以货币形式全额缴纳社会保险费。缴费个人应当缴纳的社会保险费，由所在单位从其本人工资中代扣代缴。社会保险费不得减免。
