释义	法规中的之日起不算当天。在诉讼法上来说，以日计算的都不包括当天，从次日起算。民法所称的期间按照公历年、月、日、小时计算。规定按照小时计算期间的，从规定时开始计算。规定按照日、月、年计算期间的，开始的当天不算入，从下一天开始计算。期间的最后一天是星期日或者其他法定休假日的，以休假日的次日为期间的最后一天。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第二百条民法所称的期间按照公历年、月、日、小时计算。
