释义	法律分析：以给公民及其亲友的生命健康、荣誉、名誉、财产等造成损害，或者以给法人的荣誉、名誉、财产等造成损害为要挟，迫使对方作出违背真实的意思表示的，可以认定为胁迫行为。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百五十条规定，一方或者第三人以胁迫手段，使对方在违背真实意思的情况下实施的民事法律行为，受胁迫方有权请求人民法院或者仲裁机构予以撤销。
