释义	法律分析：虽然是未成年人，但是只要其能够辨别是非、能够正确表达，都可以成为证人，其证言也都是合法有效的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第四十八条凡是知道案件情况的人，都有作证的义务。生理上、精神上有缺陷或者年幼，不能辨别是非、不能正确表达的人，不能作证人。也就是说，只要知道案件情况的人，都可以作证。除非其生理上、精神上有缺陷或者年幼，不能辨别是非、不能正确表达，才不能成为证人。
