释义	没有。电子签名能够具备法律效力，是因为文件上面有一个哈希值，能够固化原始电子文件数据，一旦文件被篡改就会被发现，因此也就能够证明这份文件的真伪。但是当电子公章打印后，就无法通过哈希值来判断文件内容是否有改动，自然也就不能视为是可靠的电子签名了。另外由于电子签名是需要第三方认证的，电子公章作为电子签名的一种形式也不例外。如果电子公章被打印出来，那么就无法实现第三方的认证，所以是无法保证其法律效力的。
