释义	法律分析: 违法。依据法律规定，出租居住房屋的，应当以一间按照住宅设计规范设计为居住空间的卧室或者起居室(厅)为小出租单位，不得分隔搭建后出租。按照住宅设计规范设计为餐厅、厨房、卫生间、阳台、过厅、过道、贮藏室、地下室、半地下室等其他非居住空间的，不得出租供人员居住。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第七百一十六条承租人经出租人同意，可以将租赁物转租给第三人。承租人转租的，承租人与出租人之间的租赁合同继续有效；第三人造成租赁物损失的，承租人应当赔偿损失。
