问题	私自签的合同有效吗
释义	法律分析：一般情况下，只要各方当事人自愿协商一致，私下签的协议符合法律、行政法规的规定，便具有法律效力。私下签署的协议如有下列情形之一：一方以欺诈、胁迫的手段订立合同，损害国家利益;恶意串通，损害国家、集体或者第三人利益;以合法形式掩盖非法目的;损害社会公共利益;违反法律、行政法规的强制性规定。那么私下签署的协议就是无效的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百零二条第一款依法成立的合同，自成立时生效，但是法律另有规定或者当事人另有约定的除外。
