释义	社保减员2-4小时内审核通过。单位在网上办理社保减员，当天就可以提交，在提交减员信息之后会存在2至4个小时的审核期。当天内就可以完成。但是在每月初1日至4日，社保税务结账时，是不能办理减退的。社保减员需由单位办理。没缴纳社保费用，即为停保状态，不能享受生育保险待遇。如果个人跟用人单位存在劳动争议的，可循仲裁途径解决。
