释义	公司被吊销营业执照是只公司由于在经营行为上不符合法律的规定，被行政机关吊销。公司是不会被注销的，只会有由公司的主动申请注销。公司的被吊销营业执照后只能组成清算组进行清算。【本文关联的相关法律依据】《公司法》第二百一十一条公司成立后无正当理由超过六个月未开业的，或者开业后自行停业连续六个月以上的，可以由公司登记机关吊销营业执照。公司登记事项发生变更时，未依照本法规定办理有关变更登记的，由公司登记机关责令限期登记；逾期不登记的，处以一万元以上十万元以下的罚款。
