上班十天辞职会有工资吗?
释义
做了10多天辞工了也可以要求立刻结工资。劳动关系双方依法解除或终止劳动合同时，用人单位应在解除或终止劳动合同时一次付清劳动者工资。也就是说按照法律规定必须在办理离职手续的同时，立即结算工资。公司规定不能与法律相抵触，不然无效。员工按照法律规定要求公司支付工资，公司如果由于各种自身原因无法立即支付，必须要支付一定的滞纳金。
