释义	法律分析：房子设了居住权仍然可以过户。房屋就算设立了居住权，也是可以进行买卖的。房屋的所有权人出售房屋后，居住权在期限内的，不应当影响居住权人的权利，卖方应当如实告知买方房屋设有居住权的事实。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第三百六十八条居住权无偿设立，但是当事人另有约定的除外。设立居住权的，应当向登记机构申请居住权登记。居住权自登记时设立。第三百六十九条居住权不得转让、继承。设立居住权的住宅不得出租，但是当事人另有约定的除外。
