释义	法律分析：一般不能，食品中有头发，只能说没有尽到相应的卫生标准，但不能就说食品达不到安全标准，有证据证明食品达不到安全标准，则可以要求十倍价款赔偿。法律依据：《中华人民共和国食品安全法》第九十六条违反本法规定，造成人身、财产或者其他损害的，依法承担赔偿责任。生产不符合食品安全标准的食品或者销售明知是不符合食品安全标准的食品，消费者除要求赔偿损失外，还可以向生产者或者销售者要求支付价款十倍的赔偿金。
