释义	法律分析：可以报警，如果确实存在较大的风险，则多数情况会把人送到精神病医院进行收费治疗或者强制治疗。法律依据：《中华人民共和国精神卫生法》第七十三条不符合本法规定条件的医疗机构擅自从事精神障碍诊断、治疗的，由县级以上人民政府卫生行政部门责令停止相关诊疗活动，给予警告，并处五千元以上一万元以下罚款，有违法所得的，没收违法所得；对直接负责的主管人员和其他直接责任人员依法给予或者责令给予降低岗位等级或者撤职、开除的处分；对有关医务人员，吊销其执业证书。
