借条没有写还款日期有效么
释义
没有还款日期的欠条是有效的。没有约定还款期限的，诉讼时效从债权人第一-次要 求债务人偿还起计算。如果借条未约定偿还期限，也未向债务人主张债权，那么此债权的时效为二十年，二十年后则不再受法律保护。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第一百九十七条 合同形式及主要条款是借款合同采用书面形式，但自然人之间借款另有约定的除外。借款合同的内容包括借款种类、币种、用途、数额、利率、期限和还款方式等条款。
