释义	不合法，侵犯了劳动者劳动报酬权。员工工作一天可获得一天的工资，缺勤一天，公司可不支付当天工资。但公司规定扣3天工资，多扣的两天工资显然是其他正常工作日的工资，这就涉嫌克扣工资了。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第五十条工资应当以货币形式按月支付给劳动者本人。不得克扣或者无故拖欠劳动者的工资。
