委托合同是劳务合同吗？

法律分析：
不是的。委托合同是诺成合同，非要式合同，当委托人将自己的事务托付他人办理时，受托人作出允许才可达成合意，自受托人作出允诺之时，委托合同即告成立。劳务合同是指以劳动形式提供给社会的服务民事合同，是当事人各方在平等协商的情况下达成的，就某一项劳务以及劳务成果所达成的协议。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第九百一十九条 委托合同是委托人和受托人约定，由受托人处理委托人事务的合同。
