问题	法院做出的法律文书不给当事人送达合法吗
释义	法律分析：不生效。只要是法院作出的裁定,裁定书必须向双方当事人送达。不送达,就是违法的,案件就没有审理结束。民事一审判决书，在没有人上诉的情况下，在送达签收之日起十五天后生效审以及再审判决书，在送达签收之日就生效。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第八十条直接送达诉讼文书有困难的，可以委托其他人民法院代为送达，或者邮寄送达。邮寄送达的，以回执上注明的收件日期为送达日期。
