释义	高空坠物如果有确切的证据就可以报警。高空抛物严格意义上讲，是属于危害社会公共安全的范畴了。但是没有故意利用高空坠物伤害他人，且未造成严重后果等违法犯罪嫌疑的，公安机关不予处理。如果高空坠物造成受害人死亡或者重伤的，公安机关应该作为刑事案件立案侦查，追究加害人的刑事责任。【法律依据】《侵权责任法》第七十四条遗失、抛弃高度危险物造成他人损害的，由所有人承担侵权责任。所有人将高度危险物交由他人管理的，由管理人承担侵权责任；所有人有过错的，与管理人承担连带责任。
