承租人没有缴付租金怎么办?
释义
法律分析:
承租人无正当理由未支付或者迟延支付租金的,出租人可以要求承租人在合理期限内支付。如果出租人经要求后还是拒不缴付,出租人就可以请求法院强制其缴纳租金了。承租人逾期不支付的,出租人可以解除合同。
法律依据:
《中华人民共和国民法典》第七百一十九条 承租人拖欠租金的,次承租人可以代承租人支付其欠付的租金和违约金,但是转租合同对出租人不具有法律约束力的除外。
次承租人代为支付的租金和违约金,可以充抵次承租人应当向承租人支付的租金;超出其应付的租金数额的,可以向承租人追偿。
