释义	通过银行购买理财商品，属于金融商品买卖中的其他金融商品买卖，除了个人取得的收入暂免征收营业税外，单位取得的收入税率为5%。客户取得不固定的浮动收益，在税法尚未明确下，暂比照存款利息收入，不缴纳营业税。法律依据《财政部、国家税务总局关于个人金融商品买卖等若干免税政策的通知》定：“对个人（包括个体工商户及其他个人，下同）从事外汇、有价证券、非货物期货和其他金融商品买卖业务取得的收入暂免征收营业税。”
