苏州市区、张家港市、常熟市、太仓市、昆山市、吴江区月最低工资标准与省一类地区同步上调140元，由原1680元/月调整为1820元/月；小时最低工资标准执行省一类地区标准，由原14.5元/小时调整为15.5元/小时。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国劳动法》 第四十八条 国家实行最低工资保障制度。最低工资的具体标准由省、自治区、直辖市人民政府规定，报国务院备案。
用人单位支付劳动者的工资不得低于当地最低工资标准。
