释义	法律分析: 离职日期指的是公司员工与单位协商后，公司解除员工，员工在单位办理离职手续离职的当天。离职当天员工需要跟单位确认解除劳动关系；当员工跟单位解除劳动关系，单位应当一次性付清员工的工资，不可以拖欠工资。《工资支付暂行规定》第七条工资必须在用人单位与劳动者约定的日期支付。如遇节假日或休息日，则应提前在最近的工作日支付。工资至少每月支付一次，实行周、日、小时工资制的可按周、日、小时支付工资。
