释义	法律分析：在城市买了房子一般宅基地是不会被收回的。法律依据：《农村宅基地管理办法》第十五条有下列情形之一的，报经县人民政府批准，可以注销其土地使用权证或有关批准文件，由村集体收回宅基地使用权： (一)自批准宅基地之日起满二年未动工兴建的(特殊情况除外); (二)报批宅基地时向村集体承诺建新拆旧而又不自行拆除旧房的原宅基地的; (三)经批准实施旧村改造或下山移民的村，已迁入新居(村)居住的原宅基地的; (四)骗取批准或非法转让宅基地的; (五)其他应收回宅基地使用权情形的。
