释义	法律分析：虽然在签署合同时，有时候是可以签其他的姓名，比如他人的姓名，但是要注意的是该姓名的所有者必须经过授权，否则该行为则涉嫌“伪造”。虽然合同的有效性也不总是取决于是否与身份证上的姓名相符，但是签名者必须严肃对待，不可以损害他人的利益，比如签署他人的姓名和假名。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十三条具备下列条件的民事法律行为有效： (一)行为人具有相应的民事行为能力(二)意思表示真实(三)不违反法律、行政法规的强制性规定，不违背公序良俗。
