释义	法律分析：信用证有效期一般是开船后15天之内。并且取决于最迟装运日期和交单期。最迟装运日期是卖方将全部货物装上运输工具或交付给承运人的最迟日期。交单期是运输单据出单日期后必须向信用证指定的银行提交单据要求付款、承兑或议付的特定期限。法律依据：《最高人民法院关于审理信用证纠纷案件若干问题的规定》第二条，人民法院审理信用证纠纷案件时，当事人约定适用相关国际惯例或者其他规定的，从其约定；当事人没有约定的，适用国际商会《跟单信用证统一惯例》或者其他相关国际惯例。
