释义	法律分析: 试用期包吃包住单位不可以不给工资。劳动者在试用期的工资不得低于劳动合同约定工资的百分之八十或者本单位相同岗位最低档工资，并不得低于用人单位所在地的最低工资标准。用人单位未支付工资的，由劳动行政部门责令限期支付；逾期不支付的，责令用人单位加付赔偿金。法律依据:《《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》》第二十条【试用期工资】劳动者在试用期的工资不得低于本单位相同岗位最低档工资或者劳动合同约定工资的百分之八十，并不得低于用人单位所在地的最低工资标准。
