释义	法律分析：近年来各地因电动车起火自燃的事故频繁发生，危及人身安全。其中因为电动车进电梯引发火灾的不在少数，电动车的部件大多是塑料及易燃物组成，在封闭空间极易引起火灾，虽然上述法规中没有表明电动车不能进电梯，但是明确了因行为人引发的火灾或者造成严重后果的是需要承担法律责任的。法律依据：中华人民共和国应急管理部公布的《高层民用建筑消防安全管理》第三十七条禁止在高层民用建筑公共门厅、疏散走道、楼梯间、安全出口停放电动自行车或者为电动自行车充电。
