释义	法律分析: 本票付款期限最长不超过两个月。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国票据法》第七十八条本票自出票日起，付款期限最长不得超过二个月。第七十九条本票的持票人未按照规定期限提示见票的，丧失对出票人以外的前手的追索权。第八十条本票的背书、保证、付款行为和追索权的行使，除本章规定外，适用本法第二章有关汇票的规定。本票的出票行为，除本章规定外，适用本法第二十四条关于汇票的规定。
