释义	法律分析：只要不超过最高时速，并在超车道上超车，就不是违章。最左边的车道为快车道和超车道混合车道，大型货车在遇到需要合理超车的场合下，可以驶入左边车道进行超车，超车完成之后必须尽快回到右边车道。大型客货车长期占用超车道行驶的，将有可能受到处罚。法律依据：《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第九十条机动车驾驶人违反道路交通安全法律、法规关于道路通行规定的，处警告或者二十元以上二百元以下罚款。本法另有规定的，依照规定处罚。
