释义	法律分析：不能。公司不可以试用期不交社保。劳动关系自用工之日起建立，即只要建立了劳动关系，就应该缴纳社会保险费用。而试用期包含在劳动合同期限内，所以试用期的员工一样需要交社保。劳动合同应当具备劳动报酬、社会保险、劳动合同期限等九项内容。因此缴纳社会保险既是劳动者的权利同时也是企业的义务。法律依据：《中华人民共和国社会保险法》第五十八条用人单位应当自用工之日起三十日内为其职工向社会保险经办机构申请办理社会保险登记。未办理社会保险登记的，由社会保险经办机构核定其应当缴纳的社会保险费。
