释义	法律分析：解除聘用合同不是辞退。辞退是指用人单位解雇职工的一种行为，是用人单位由于某种原因与职工解除劳动关系的一种强制措施。解除聘用合同是指聘用合同订立后，尚未全部履行以前，由于某种原因导致聘用合同一方或双方当事人提前消灭双方权利义务关系的法律行为。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十六条用人单位与劳动者协商一致，可以解除劳动合同。第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
