释义	法律分析：第三人不一定有上诉权。不是所有的第三人都有上诉权，第三人分为有独立请求权第三人和无独立请求权第三人，有独立请求权第三人才具有上诉权，在有第三人参加的一审诉讼中，有独立请求权的第三人也有上诉权，无独立请求权的第三人，当裁判其承受实体义务时才享有对该裁判的上诉权。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第二百零二条原告、被告、第三人分别上诉的，按照上诉请求分别预交二审案件受理费。同一方多人共同上诉的，只预交一份二审案件受理费。分别上诉的，按照上诉请求分别预交二审案件受理费。
