问题	法院如何处理无效婚姻
释义	只有四种情况的婚姻是无效的，重婚、近亲属结婚、患不宜结婚的病且治愈不好、没到法定结婚年龄，除了这四种都是有效的婚姻。对于无效婚姻，法律上认为的自始无效是从开始这段婚姻就是无效的，双方没有相互扶养的义务，财产参照同居的关系来分割，但是如果有孩子的，孩子享受婚生子女的待遇。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零五十一条有下列情形之一的，婚姻无效：（一）重婚；（二）有禁止结婚的亲属关系；（三）未到法定婚龄。该内容由王婧律师和点行律询共创回答
